1. Brown the meat with a sprinkle of the garlic powder and salt, do not drain the fat if you are using organic, grass fed. This is some healthy goodness š¤

If you are using the conventionally raised, grain fed, be sure to purchase the lowest fat possible and drain the fat. This is highly inflammatory.

2. Add in your veggies and stir fry for a few minutes. Add about 1/2 cup coconut aminos and riced cauliflower. Add another pass of salt, garlic powder and 2-3 Tbsp coconut sugar. It would be great with onion and fresh garlic, but this was a super lazy meal š
