Fast & Easy AIP Paleo Stir Fry




Lazy, healthy stir fry dinner...

🥩1 lb grass fed ground beef

🥒 2 zucchini & 2 yellow squash

🍚1 lb cauliflower rice

🥥Coconut aminos, coconut sugar, salt, garlic powder

1. Brown the meat with a sprinkle of the garlic powder and salt, do not drain the fat if you are using organic, grass fed. This is some healthy goodness 🤓

If you are using the conventionally raised, grain fed, be sure to purchase the lowest fat possible and drain the fat. This is highly inflammatory.

.

2. Add in your veggies and stir fry for a few minutes. Add about 1/2 cup coconut aminos and riced cauliflower. Add another pass of salt, garlic powder and 2-3 Tbsp coconut sugar. It would be great with onion and fresh garlic, but this was a super lazy meal 😂
