6-Week AIP Journey with Me

Service Description

As an AIP Certified Coach, I'll take the guesswork out of AIP for you. Not sure what AIP is? Be sure to check out my blog post on the AIP. This 6-week package includes, 4 hours split up over the 6 weeks: -A 1 hour intake call to go over some health history along with your health and wellness goals. -From there, you will be given all the resources you will need for navigating the Elimination Phase of the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP). - 6 weekly 30-min coaching check-in calls for support and to help troubleshoot any obstacles in the way. -Our last call we will go over how to navigate the Reintroduction Phase or if you'd like, you can purchase this program again for additional support navigating reintroductions.*Additional calls can be purchased If you would like extra support in between our weekly calls.
