My Chronic Illness Journey
Hi friend! I'm Christian Allgood, and I've been where you are now. I spent many years going back and forth to countless doctors. Being told your labs are normal when you feel horrible was not a fun ride I went on for years. I have been diagnosed with Lyme, toxic mold, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, myofascial pain syndrome, PCOS, and POTS. While I am still on my chronic illness journey I've also come so far from how sick I was. I'm hopeful for the things to come. I am so much more than my collection of diagnoses.

I am mom to two awesome, neurodivergent teenagers and have been married to my best friend for 17 years. We were a homeschool family for years and have moved around the country a bit. Originally from Southern California, we lived on the coast of Oregon for a few years and are currently living in the Smoky Mountains.

Professionally, I am a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), AIP Certified Coach, Licensed Esthetician (LE), Trauma Resilience Coach, Autoimmune Warrior, published contributing author, and speaker that specializes in autoimmune disease, the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), food sensitivities, G.I. health, and trauma release.

I help individuals reclaim their life and health using holistic modalities centered around nutrition, special labs, detox, mindset and lifestyle changes, trauma release, emotions management, and looking for root causes.

I'm a health detective that loves troubleshooting ongoing issues & wants everyone to be well and live a life they love.

I currently work for a leading functional medicine doctor and see clients through my private practice, Allgood Holistic Wellness. I would love to guide you on your health journey! My mission is to help as many individuals as I can reclaim their lives from unwanted symptoms and illness so they can live a happy, long life. I'm here to show you how easy healthy eating and living can be. Visit the blog or my social media for FREE healthy living tips and easy healthy recipes.
